1. General information

1.1. These Terms govern use of HydrogenReady at hydrogenready.com and its associated subdomains (the Platform).

1.2. The Platform is operated by SOLIDE Walerian Majewski, VAT ID: PL5832832914 (the Operator). Full operator details and the business address are available in the Legal notice at /legal/imprint. Contact for accounts, complaints, infringement reports and all other enquiries: walerian@hydrogenready.com.

1.3. HydrogenReady combines hydrogen-market information with a platform for presenting organisations, products, services and projects and establishing business contacts. Transactions facilitated through the Platform are exclusively business-to-business (B2B). Public editorial content may also be read by other visitors.

1.4. Provisions concerning a feature apply when that feature is made available. Describing a planned feature does not commit the Operator to launching it by a particular date. These Terms are available free of charge and may be saved or printed.

2. Services

2.1. Available services may include articles and news; HydrogenReady Market Pulse; Market Opportunities covering tenders, funding and events; directories of organisations, products, services and projects; accounts and organisation profiles; favourites; business contact tools; AI-assisted content tools; and, once available, a newsletter.

2.2. The scope of free services, usage limits and additional features is indicated with the relevant service or plan. A beta designation means interfaces may change and errors may occur; it does not exclude the Operator's contractual or statutory duties.

3. The Operator's role

3.1. The Operator provides information-presentation and business-discovery tools. Listing an organisation, product, service or project does not make the Operator its manufacturer, seller, contractor, investor, representative or guarantor.

3.2. Unless expressly agreed in a separate contract, the Operator is not a party to contracts between users and cannot assume obligations on their behalf. The parties themselves agree prices, payment, delivery, warranties, technical requirements and responsibility for performance.

3.3. Inclusion in the Platform is not an endorsement or confirmation of solvency, authorisation or quality. The HydrogenReady name, a directory listing or a category assignment is not certification of hydrogen compatibility, safety or compliance with standards.

3.4. Any future on-platform ordering or transaction settlement will require additional terms provided before use. Those functions will be intended exclusively for B2B transactions, not consumer purchases.

4. Accounts and organisation profiles

4.1. Public browsing generally requires no account. Certain features require registration and email verification. Account holders must have full legal capacity; representatives must be authorised to act for their organisation. Business functions must be used for business or professional purposes.

4.2. Users must provide accurate, current information, update changes and not impersonate others. The account-service agreement is concluded after acceptance of these Terms and successful completion of registration, including any required activation.

4.3. Entering an email address or preparing a draft through a simplified submission form does not itself activate an account or publish the material.

4.4. The Operator may request information necessary to confirm an organisation's identity or a representative's authority. Such verification is not an audit of the organisation's business.

4.5. Users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. Organisations must manage representatives' access and revoke it when authority ends.

5. Products, services and projects

5.1. Users are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and currency of their submissions. Descriptions must identify the provider and clearly present the essential characteristics of the product, service or project.

5.2. Technical specifications must use appropriate units and, where material, measurement conditions and limitations. Claims about certification, standards, emissions, energy origin or environmental performance must be substantiated. Expected certification or performance must not be presented as already achieved.

5.3. Project listings must distinguish established facts from forecasts, including project stage, investment decisions, commissioning dates, initial and target production or demand, the target-volume year, funding, permits and agreements with partners. Publication of planned supply or demand does not conclude an offtake, supply or financing agreement.

5.4. Users must correct or withdraw outdated information. They must not submit confidential information, trade secrets or personal data without an appropriate legal basis.

5.5. The Operator may request information necessary for publication and adjust formatting or category assignments. Material changes to substantive information should be agreed with the contributor or clearly identified as an Operator correction. Publication does not guarantee enquiries, customers, funding or a particular search position.

6. Artificial intelligence and translations

6.1. AI may assist with descriptions, summaries, translations, classification and analysis. Outputs may contain errors, omit context or use outdated information.

6.2. Users approving their own listings must check the content before publication, particularly parameters, units, certificates and environmental claims. Translations should not replace original technical documents where exact wording matters.

6.3. Providing a source URL does not automatically authorise copying its text, images or documents. Users must hold the rights required for their intended use. Do not submit confidential or personal data to AI tools unless the feature is expressly designed for that processing.

6.4. Usage limits and charges, if any, are disclosed before use. Free access does not guarantee unlimited or permanent availability. The Operator's use of AI does not remove responsibility for its own actions or publications.

7. Newsroom and HydrogenReady Market Pulse

7.1. Articles, news and analysis are for information and education. Consider their publication date, sources and stated limitations.

7.2. HydrogenReady Market Pulse is a proprietary analytical indicator summarising selected aspects of the hydrogen market. Its scale from −100 to +100 is not a percentage change in market size, hydrogen prices, company valuations or expected returns.

7.3. The indicator and commentary are not personalised investment advice, an offer of financial instruments or a guarantee of future market movements. Historical data may include reconstructions, estimates and information published with a delay. Unless expressly stated otherwise, do not assume historical values use only information available to market participants at that time.

7.4. The Operator may update the methodology, correct errors and recalculate historical values. Material changes affecting interpretation or comparability should be explained alongside the indicator or in methodological information.

7.5. The selection of events, Last week top news and chart markers is editorial. Absence of a marker does not mean an event was insignificant. Updates may be delayed or withheld because of insufficient data, verification difficulties or outages. No update does not mean no market change.

7.6. Users should undertake independent assessment appropriate to any investment, technical or business decision.

8. Market Opportunities

8.1. Market Opportunities presents selected tenders, funding programmes, calls and industry events, not a comprehensive market inventory. Summaries and translations are aids only; the organiser's official documentation sets the binding conditions.

8.2. Before acting, verify the original notice, deadline and time zone, eligibility, required documents and submission method. Archived items may concern closed or cancelled opportunities.

8.3. Unless expressly identified otherwise, the Operator does not organise the opportunity or event and does not guarantee admission, funding or a contract award.

9. Rights in materials

9.1. Users or the relevant rightsholders retain rights in submitted content. Users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence limited to providing the Platform's services.

9.2. This covers server storage, technical copies, public display on the Platform, thumbnails, formatting, translations and summaries needed to present the material, including new-listing selections and the Platform newsletter. Technical providers may be used only as needed for these purposes. This licence does not permit independent resale or unrestricted use in other ventures.

9.3. On removal of the material, the licence ends for further public display, subject to the time reasonably required to remove technical copies. Copies required by law or necessary to establish or defend claims may be retained to that extent. Materials already delivered, for example in a newsletter, cannot be recalled from recipients.

9.4. Users must have rights to submitted text, images, logos and documents. An image credit does not replace a required licence or consent. Rights in the software, branding and the Operator's own content remain with their rightsholders. Statutory permitted uses remain unaffected.

10. Acceptable use

10.1. Users must not submit illegal, fraudulent or rights-infringing content; impersonate others; publish false certificates; send spam; misuse contact details; distribute malware; attempt unauthorised access; bypass safeguards or limits; or collect data automatically in a way that disrupts the Platform or infringes content or database rights.

10.2. Ordinary linking to public pages and indexing in accordance with the published technical rules are not prohibited by this clause. Public availability is not unlimited permission to reproduce or process material.

10.3. Contact details obtained through the Platform must be used lawfully and for the relevant contact purpose. Receiving an enquiry is not consent to unrestricted marketing.

11. Reports and moderation

11.1. Report potentially illegal content or breaches to walerian@hydrogenready.com or through an available reporting mechanism. Identify the material and its location, explain the concern and provide contact information, subject to exceptions required by law. For notices of illegal content, include a statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.

11.2. The Operator considers reports diligently, objectively and without undue delay and may request necessary clarification. Depending on the circumstances, it may request correction, restrict visibility, block publication, remove material or restrict account access.

11.3. Measures must be proportionate to the nature and seriousness of the issue. Urgent action may be taken without prior warning where justified, particularly for security threats or clearly illegal content. Where required by law, the affected user receives reasons and information about available remedies, including any use of automated decision-making.

11.4. A request for reconsideration may be sent to walerian@hydrogenready.com and will be reviewed by a person taking account of the explanations provided. Publication does not imply that every statement was checked in advance. These procedures do not limit statutory reporting or appeal rights.

12. Visibility, advertising and paid services

12.1. Display order depends on the section, filters and selected sorting. Latest-item lists use publication date; editorial selections may consider industry relevance and timeliness. Advertising, sponsored content and paid placements must be identifiable as such.

12.2. Buying advertising or promotion does not certify an offering or give a right to influence Market Pulse results.

12.3. The Operator may introduce paid plans, additional publication limits, promotion or other services. Scope, price, taxes, duration, renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.

12.4. A free service does not become paid without the user's express order. Holding an account or failing to answer a message is not agreement to charges. Ending a promotion does not create retrospective fees; continued use of a paid feature requires acceptance of its terms.

13. Availability and liability

13.1. Use requires Internet access and an up-to-date browser. Some functions require JavaScript, essential cookies and a working email address. The Operator takes appropriate measures for security and proper operation, but maintenance, outages and external-service interruptions may occur.

13.2. The Operator is responsible for failure to perform its own obligations under applicable law. It does not guarantee business results or another organisation's performance. External links do not make it responsible for the linked site's operation or content, without prejudice to duties arising when a violation is reported.

13.3. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional harm, or mandatory protection available to any entitled person.

14. Privacy and communications

14.1. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing, recipients, retention and individual rights. Cookie information and consent controls explain cookies and similar technologies.

14.2. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace marketing consent or consent required for optional analytics. Security, account and service messages may be sent to perform the relevant service. Marketing and newsletters must comply with applicable law; unsubscribing does not require account closure.

15. Complaints and termination

15.1. Send service complaints to walerian@hydrogenready.com, describing the issue and providing reply details, never your password. The Operator responds within 14 days of receipt, subject to applicable mandatory rules.

15.2. A free account agreement is indefinite. Users may terminate it using an available deletion function or by contacting the Operator. Removing a representative's access does not necessarily delete the organisation profile; instructions about that profile must come from an authorised person.

15.3. The Operator may terminate for important reasons, including discontinuing a service or material or repeated breaches, normally with at least 30 days' notice and reasons. Immediate restriction or termination is possible where justified by law, a serious breach or security needs, respecting mandatory user rights.

15.4. Before closure, users may request a copy of their own stored materials, excluding others' data, protected information and internal safeguards. Closure does not automatically remove independent editorial coverage of an organisation; inaccuracies and violations can be reported. Remaining data is retained only as justified by an appropriate legal basis and retention period.

16. Changes and final provisions

16.1. The Operator may amend these Terms for changes in law, services, security requirements or operational arrangements. Amendments must relate to the stated reason. Changes affecting an ongoing agreement will be notified by email or another durable medium at least 15 days in advance, or longer where law or the change requires it.

16.2. Shorter notice is possible only where legally permitted, particularly for an urgent threat or legal obligation. The notice will explain the changes, their commencement and user rights, including how to terminate before they take effect. Amendments neither order paid services nor apply retrospectively.

16.3. Polish law applies to agreements with the Operator, preserving mandatory protections under other applicable laws. Disputes are decided by courts competent under applicable rules; the parties may first seek an amicable resolution. The B2B designation does not waive statutory rights of persons who qualify for mandatory protection.

16.4. The stated effective date of 1 January 2026 is not evidence of earlier publication or acceptance. This edition binds a user only upon its valid incorporation into the relevant relationship; it does not retroactively create obligations.

16.5. English is the reference language of this edition. German, French and Spanish translations are provided for accessibility. Any discrepancy should be reported to the Operator; mandatory language and interpretation rules remain unaffected. Additional terms for future transactional or other separately governed services will be provided before the relevant agreement is concluded.
