PR-Series

Hydrogen and Power-to-X facilities rely on demanding liquid process media throughout production, storage, transport and downstream processing. The DICKOW PR series, comprising the PRM and PRMW, provides heavy-duty pumping solutions for these critical applications. While not intended for gaseous or cryogenic hydrogen, the series is suited for liquid media such as LOHC carrier fluids, methanol, ammonia, e-fuels, heat transfer oils, cooling fluids and chemical auxiliaries.

The PR series combines a hermetically sealed magnetic drive with a robust process pump concept. Contact-free torque transmission and the containment shell eliminate the need for a dynamic shaft seal, enabling emission-free handling of hazardous, toxic or flammable liquids.

The PRM is a horizontal, single-stage process pump developed in accordance with API 685 and ISO 15783. Its heavy-duty, centerline-mounted casing, SiC sleeve bearings and oil-lubricated rolling bearings are designed for demanding continuous-duty operation and high mechanical reliability.

With capacities up to 1,400 m³/h, heads up to 250 m, operating pressures up to 40 bar and temperatures up to 300 °C, the PRM covers demanding process duties in hydrogen production, chemical processing, storage and Power-to-X facilities.

Together, PRM and PRMW extend the DICKOW magnetic drive portfolio into heavy-duty process applications where high performance, operational reliability and maximum containment integrity are essential.
