EQ-DA Pro electro-pneumatic controller (EQ-DA Series)

The EQ-DA Pro (EQ-DA Series) is a digital electro-pneumatic actuator module that regulates pilot (dome) pressure for Equilibar dome-loaded, pilot-operated control valves. Pilot (dome) pressure is the loading pressure applied to the valve’s top port. The controller can operate in open-loop as a precise electronic pilot regulator or in closed-loop mode using external feedback such as upstream/downstream pressure, flow, ΔP (differential pressure), level, or vacuum.

Inside the EQ-DA, a fast proportional valve, an internal pilot pressure sensor, and a high-speed digital PID loop continuously adjust the pilot pressure to match the commanded setpoint.
