China Huadian begann in Nordostchina den Bau eines grünen Wasserstoff- und Ammoniakkomplexes für 620 Mio. US-Dollar. Geplant sind jährlich 100.000 Tonnen erneuerbares Ammoniak mit 500 MW Windkraft; die Produktion hat noch nicht begonnen.
