Moeve a lancé la première pelletée de terre du plus grand projet d'hydrogène vert d'Europe à Palos de la Frontera, en Espagne, avec une première phase investissant plus d'un milliard d'euros, dont 300 millions d'euros de subventions de l'UE pour 300 MW d'électrolyse. Le projet signalise un retour décisif des FID à grande échelle sur l'hydrogène vert en Europe, directement catalysé par des perturbations géopolitiques des marchés énergétiques.
